We are preparing a production facility with over 11,300 m² for a new car engine production. Still there are produced motor-generators. This plant will be shifted to other factory buildings. We look for a planning and project engineer who conceives, plans and realizes this move without any loss of production.

We have purchased a 5-axis machining center. In just 6 weeks it will be delivered. Just today we find out that the machine will not fit through the warehouse door, the power supply must be made from a remote transformer station because of the high current draw and the hall floor load capacity is exceeded by the weight of the machine. The machine must be installed upon delivery and cannot be stored. A return of the machine is excluded. We look for a troubleshooter who arranges everything around on-time installation at delivery.

We have an unstructured arrangement of research laboratories together with associated office space, spread over 2,500 square meters. Information channels between departments and unambiguous assignment of responsibilities are difficult. For the restructure of our research departments we are look for an experienced engineer in industrial relocations.

We want to build a refrigerated warehouse in a 1,300 m² building shell stock in Brazil. You should determine the organizing principles for investment decisions, organize the planning and supervise tenders, support the allocation and realize the construction in the context of a construction project to turnkey handover. Operate risk-, schedule, modification-, cost control- and contract management.
