Main Success: Switching the phone number by phone service was on schedule for the weekend. The company was able to provide office and telephone line services for its customers without significant interruption.

Major success: the cost increase due to set-up costs for smaller lot sizes in the die casting production was more than compensated for a costs reduction both in warehouse and logistics costs as well as for omission of imputed interest on the intermediate product stock.
